July 16,
2012 to Aug. 31, 2015 Worked on HP’s
customer’s network both LAN/WAN, world wide. Worked from home as
Traffic Engineer, studied traffic reports and analyzed in order to make
recommendations as to how to reduce trunks for cost saving, or increase
capacity to provide relief of blocking calls. Issued several different
types of network tickets from, busying out trunks, to requesting PBX
information on routes, or how trunk groups are setup at sites. Worked
with both LAN/WAN networks. Manage world-wide sites for our client, worked
with several local vendors worldwide for repair, to capacity additions or
removals. Responsible for engaging PBX vendors and local carriers
together on conference calls for head to head testing, and sometimes will
include 3rd party PBX vendor
Engineers. Worked many other types of LAN/WAN network issues based off
of current internal projects within HP. Also worked on site reduction

project I worked was finding stranded circuits that were no longer needed,
and had them removed off of the network. I project managed this
